Coach Leo's
An At-Home Strength Training Program for Soccer Players.

Phase 1: GPP 
(General Physical Preparation)
In this phase, Coach Leo provides a foundational program that allows players to learn the key areas that they need to focus on to fulfill their physical potential. This program includes; 
  • Individual Biomechanical Assessment
  • ​Pre-Training Education
  • ​Nutrition Guidance
  • ​Weekly Technique Reviews and Feedback (Cuing)
  • ​Live Weekly Support Calls 
  • ​Mobility Plan
  • ​Your choice of 3 Month or 6 Month Training
  • ​Period 1: March 1st, 2021 - May 31st, 2021
  • ​Period 2: July 1st, 2021 - September 30th, 2021.  
  • ​Period 3: September 1st, 2021 - December 1st, 2021.
*Best performers will earn Free Admission to one of our Live Training Camps
Phase 2: Individual Programming
In this phase, Coach Leo requires a completion of at least 2 of his GPP programs. Once the athlete is established and has a complete foundation, it's time to get specific on the exactly what the player needs.  
This program Includes; 
  • Individual Programming
  • ​Live Coaching Framework
  • ​Your Choice of 6 Month or 12 Month Training Plan. 
  • ​Period 1: Unavailable
  • ​Period 2:  Starts July 1st, 2021
  • ​Period 3: Starts January 1st, 2022
*This is for experienced Athletes. 
Phase 3: Competition Preparation and Programming
In this phase, the players are required to train with Coach Leo in a 1-on-1 setting either at his Chicago Location, or at one of our MSM Training Camps. Obviously, his Phase 1 and Phase 2 Programs would be a pre-requisite for this phase of training. This training includes; 
  • Individual Biomechanical Assessment
  • ​Individual Neurology Assessment
  • ​Specific 1-on-1 Training for Competition Preparation
  • ​Programming for Pre and Post Training Period
